We picked 12 passenger van (Chevy) for Yellowstone national trip. Service was great at front desk. Though van was not cleaned fully, it was in good condition to drive. It had 120v power plug (3pin) which was really helpful on the drive. Rear view camera is very small but useful. Big drawback is seats doesn't have pockets for storing wallets, mobiles, goggles etc. and bottle holders are not enough it was great 2300 miles driving experience using this van. The worst experience in a long time, first we ended up with a rental car where the tabs were expired months ago. We got pulled over, didn't get a ticket, but the police said it's better to get it exchanged just in case. Of course, no one is available past 5pm, neither Bellevue nor anyone on the Budget hotline. We drove all the way down to SeaTac, wasted 3h to exchange a car that was clearly their issue. Now they snuck in a charge of $8 for the gas and of course the guys in Bellevue claim that they can't do absolutely nothing... read more

First rented the only car left at Paine Field yesterday and then realized the next day the AC didn't work when starting our way to Spokane. Yikes! Tim was able to do a car swap for us at the Bellevue location and did so within a few minutes. The only bummer is after we left, we noticed our paperwork was marked "full" (the car was under 1/2 full and the original rental was 2/8 full). Thankfully, Clare took care of the error kindly and quickly. Thank you Tim & Clare for saving us from a very hot and unpleasant 5-hour drive!

I have rented cars from the Bellevue location, several times in the past year and always receive good customer service and cars. This week I rented a car and was told the gas was 1/2 full and that’s all I needed to return it with. I needed to take a friend to the airport so at 1/4 tank I went to fill it up and I could not get the gas cover open. I’m pretty sure that is why the tank was 1/2 full. I spent 15 min to no avail. Five stars to budget rental and the staff on 116th in Bellevue! Had my car stolen, showed up a week before Christmas on a Saturday without a reservation, the office was very busy and people were impatient, but they we're very kind and we're able to get me a car :)
