Good and fast customer service by the front desk and the guy wash the car
Nice friendly service. They are busy with Microsoft rentals so add time to wait. Best to reserve ahead. You can get gas at the Arco around the corner. Decent bathroom. Last driveway before NE 8th.
Don’t rent a car from budget. The manager Tim is a liar trying to over charge, disrespectful to customers and the cars are filthy dirty.

Unreliable service. Reserved a truck from Budget which was not available at the time of pickup. Did not offer alternative solution and directed to talk to customer support. Reached out to customer support but they never bothered to call back later.
