Poor customer service
They gave me a car with over 70k miles in terrible condition—dirty with a disgusting smell. The car started shaking and shifting when I reached 50 miles per hour, and the engine light came on while I was on my way to the Bay Area. It made for an exhausting and stressful road trip. Fortunately, when I spoke with Budget at the SJC airport, they replaced it with an almost brand new SUV in clean, excellent condition, and I enjoyed driving back to Bellevue. Daniela was at the desk when we arrived to exchange the car that we had to take at PDX, apparently they were out of any 4 door vehicles even though my sister had reserved a car. They gave us a Dodge Charger that my 85 year old father had to painfully get into as it only had 2 doors and my sister needed to navigate us to Seattle.
