Reserving a car online is a joke. When I arrived, they only had one car left and it wasn't the one I requested. I ended up taking it, but the next 11 people behind me weren't going to get a car. No fault of the kid behind the counter. I appreciate him getting me into a vehicle.
These Budget rental people are thugs. I rented a car at SeaTac and returned it to the Everett location per my contract attached. I had the rental for a day. The bill I got had inaccuracies. They charged me for two days and also showed the rental was returned to SeaTac yet I returned to the Everett location per my contract. They refused to correct the issue. This is a police case and case for Better Business Bureau. I am continuing to pursue this.
I have visited this place they dont really have good cars available and they dont have inventory always check with them before you arrive it just waste of time
The staff here is amazing! 5 stars!
