My first ever review. Such a bad place and terrible customer service. They said my truck reservation was unavailable the day I was suppose to pick it up even after I confirmed couple days in advance. The manager could not help me and basically told me to figure it out. Turned my move into to a nightmare!
Honestly don't know why this place has bad reviews, Brian made ehat could have beem a very stressful process, effortless. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This will be my go to rental spot in everett!!
I absolutely love budget rental in Lynnwood as they are so friendly and always ready to help.
Says they are open on Labor Day and they are not. Website says they have key drop boxes and they do not. Wasted hours with customer service after trying to return to the closed location. They are so unprofessional please spend the extra money to use a reliable company, do not give these people your business.
Don’t go here, worst customer service. The worst DMV has better customer service.
