My wife went to pick up a car we had prebooked and even though she was there after the scheduled pick up time they told her the car wasn’t ready. They told her it will take about 20 minutes to lean and pressured her to instead upgrade to a car costing $30 more per day.
Stressful time trying to rent a minivan to get my family to a funeral. Got screwed last minute when another rental agency canceled my rental at the last minute. Tom at Budget (Paine Field/Hwy 99) went out of his way to help us and saved me a ton of heartache. Great customer service, clean vehicle and was friendly when I needed it most. Thanks Tom, you're the best.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I made a reservation and the location called me while I was driving out to pick up a moving vehicle, they called me to tell me the truck was unavailable. Corporations need to stop using bullshit AI technology to do work for them!
One star for over all service which ultimately impacted our rental length. Five stars for Costco‘s amazing discount with Budget Rental. Zero stars for Budget Rental policy which who prioritizes customers by rental rate—other customers, with higher rates, or served ahead of us and more promptly. Zero stars for scheduling— we scheduled for 9 AM, but when we arrived at 8:50, we were told that the vehicle wasn’t going to be available till 10 AM; we finally left with it at 10:30 AM. Selected this as my drop-off location. Never again. Despite the long line there were 2 employees sitting around doing nothing. Poor customer service.
