Booked a rental but when went to pickup they said they were closed. The lady was rude as well. Not helpful at all. Not recommended
I actually rented from Avis. They had one person at the counter and there were about 15 people needing help. It took them 45 minutes to get to me. When I was seen. I was locked at the time I reserved it. Then I went to get my vehicle and a Russian guy was so unprepared and didn't seem to care. So unprofessional. Lousy location.
Really helped us out by swapping out the demolition derby rental car we were given in Boston. Didn’t get the woman’s name who helped us, but THANK YOU. You made our drive much easier and safer.
