The man who works the desk needs a raise. I have picked up multiple cars here and he is always so kind and respectful! He is also really efficient and good at his job which I really appreciate if I’m in a rush. Would recommend because the service is great!

Not such a good experience with this location, car wasn’t ready during the reserved time and had to wait about 30+mins to wait for the car to get ready and it’s a long walk to the dark garage where it is hard to inspect the vehicle.

When I picked my rental car up, the employee tried to get me to sign a "pre-existing damages" form without my having even inspected the car. When you do go to inspect the car, it's parked in a poorly lit parking garage and is impossible to inspect due to bad lighting. Turns out the car I rented had a few different cosmetic issues, but my biggest problems were that the windshield wiper sprayers did not work, the windshield wipers weren't seated properly and didn't work right until I reseated them both, and the tires were effe... read more
