5 stars for customer service! Nichole was extremely helpful with our rental because there were several issues with the car and the rental policy. We ended up canceling. I personally wouldn’t rent from here but again terrific customer service.
Lamentable. Avions réservé en France . Malgré un voucher et numéro de réservation, impossible d'avoir une voiture. Nous demande d'appeler la centrale. Nouvelle réservation faite. Mais ne fonctionne toujours pas. La personne sur place ne veut à priori pas nous donner de véhicule. Au bout de 2 h nous repartons à pied. A bannir ....
The worst experience in my life and that of my family! I have never met such a rude person and in case of difficulty (due to them and not my fault) they did not help us and left us on the street with two small children and the suitcases halfway through the holiday. My card was perfectly working (I also called the bank) and the swipe did not work and they did not have to insert it and put the pin. I really tried to like Budget. But unfortunately it was a very sad and disappointing experience. My flight was delayed and i called ahead to let them know i was on my way. Although i prepaid i was told that i the computers all shut down 10min before closing. I was told i would have to have the reservation changed to the PHL airport. I tried to get help through customer service. I spoke with 3 other agents. No one could assist. Finally the customer service closed and i was left stranded at the airport. Don't waste your time! They cancel your booking and just say no car is available. Staff are also very rude!
