Do not rent from PHL Budget. One person at desk, the bus was the last to pick up. Even with Fast Break they send you to end of line.Expect a one hour wait. How on earth is this company in business. Waited over an hour for a reserved truck and all they had was an electric vehicle. DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET. Thank God for Uber
I rented a luxury car and returned it with a full tank of gas. When I got the itemized bill they charged me almost $100 for gas.
