0 stars if I could leave that rating. Just like all the other reviews, paid 3x mkre than what was originally quoted/agreed upon. Rental was booked for $135, st pick up we were charged $534 because we "needed insurance." My husband informed the desk that we had car insurance which covered and rentals and we were told we would get a security deposit back. Upon returning the car (on time) we received an e- bill with charge of $334 dollars. The bill had a surplus of charges that were not agreed upon. I will never rent from Budge... read more

Worst rental ever! Tire had a weird noise each time it rolls 1 turn - very annoying. We had a little bit of sand on the seats, since we did a beachcation with the kids. Ended up that they told us at drop off that everything is fine and 3 days later we get an 450$ bill for something that takes less than a minute to vaccum up. Never again!

Waited over an hour for a car today in the non-fastbreak line. The fastbreak line was over 15 people deep. Customer service reps would call the lot for a car with responses taking 10 minutes per request. 10 work stations and 3 employees and at least 30 people in line all waiting an hour. Totally unacceptable Budget. Avoid Budget at PHL!
