Mr. Chad, (I think he is the manager), went above and beyond by calling us yesterday to make sure that we were picking up a large vehicle because he was getting limited on stock. This may seem like a minor thing, however, I cannot count how many times we have gone to a location and the vehicle we have wanted was not available and no one had bothered to tell us. Thank you, again Mr. Chad for being proactive and a customer service professional.
they let you make an online reservation for vehicles they don't have available. I wanted to move one mattress, made a reservation for a 12-ft truck, and when I get there all they have is a 26 ft truck. said that corporate budget company does the reservations, so they don't know about actual availability when you reserve a truck.: short tt5 didn't notify me of this unavailability before i drove to the businesse..

Home of the complementary DOWNGRADE. Use another location or expect to be taken. I don't want your "credit" to change my review, it's more important to me to let everyone know your business ethics.
