I love these convenient Budget Rental Car.
Today I rented a car online through budget and PREPAID for the car with Apple Pay, which is offered though the budget website. I received a confirmation and I was charged. When I went to pick up my car I was told after much back and forth that they could not “honor”my reservation because they do not know how to use the Apple Pay. The desk lady made me talk to the “manager” who immediately started screaming at me on the phone, used profanity and told me I “he didn’t have to do anything to help me” after I gave them everything... read more
Great rental experience. We rented the car in Washington, DC and returned it in Manhattan, New York. When we arrived, the line was really long, but the lady at the counter kept her calm and continued serving all customers professionally and efficiently. She was very helpful, and we were able to add another driver to the reservation on the spot without any issue.
