Well, not sure where to start. Reserved a “gas, hybrid, or electric” car. I needed gas, which they had, but because I would not take electric, I was charged $12 more per day for gas. Then, the invoice said “full tank” and luckily I checked before leaving and attendant initialed less than full. The car was unwashed and dirty. Then, when I brought it back, FULL of gas (I took picture), they tried to charge extra for gas service. I had to call Budget Corporate to get this removed. . Honestly, after reading the reviews, I was freaking out. I almost canceled my reservation because I was worried they wouldn’t have my car or that there would be other issues. I even left work an hour early to make sure I got there ahead of time since I had a very important trip coming up. I can honestly say I had an excellent experience. I walked in and waited maybe 5–10 minutes in line before being helped. The check-in process took another 5–10 minutes at most.
