they never answer my phone call
I rented from this location about 2 weeks ago and just got notified of a bill for “damages”. First of all, the whole process to get the car took 30 minutes even though I had a pre booked car and there was only one person in front of us. After all that, we were notified the car still needed to get cleaned and wasn’t ready even though it was past our rental start time. We went down to get the car once it was ready. Booked a car online, and when I was about to pick it up they told me that they don’t have the car and they already gave it away… ruined my plans for the day! Don’t choose this place.
