Very bad experience, 3 hours waiting to get the car
Do not book here. Long long line ups. Unfriendly and rude and stressed out staff. Very difficult to find. No computer systems. Avoid avoid at all costs.

Al llegar me entregaron el auto sin la silla de niños que reservé, por lo cual insistí y me indicaron que no tenía, silla pero que me ofrecían que fuera a comprarla y me reembolsaban mandando comprobante de compra a un mail. I didn't get child booster seat as requested in the reservation but the guy didn't refund. Email to contact centre and they just easily said no information from their side. My contract number 165390794
I dont think who ever runs this place could run a lemonade stand let alone a car rental place. Worst service I have ever had
