The absolute worst budget ever. They don’t clean the cars. They woman stated her self she’s not cleaning the cars she just wipes over them. They tried to rent me 3 cars that smelled like pets, had food stains, pet hair just plain out dirty. She locked up the place and went to lunch as I was trying to make sure I was refunded. The pictures are from outside the vehicles. I’ve never seen a place not clean their cars properly. Especially with covid still going on.
Do not recommend this location. I returned the vehicle with full gas having refilled the tank at the Thornton's gas station literally two buildings away from the Budget location. However an hour after the drop off, I was charged a nearly $100 fee on the false claim that the car was less than half full. First time I have experienced a Budget location try to pull a trick like this.
I wish I could put zero stars. As soon as we walked in,the agent (Tiffany) dismissed us,informing us that there was a big Nascar event in town. When we walked in,she did not even ask when we would need the car nor the type of vehicle that we needed. We therefore contacted Enterprise, who was able to book us immediately with no issues. This is the second time we experienced horrible service at this location. Please get training for your agents.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. The woman who owns this franchise was extraordinarily rude to me today AND did not have the rental car that I reserved online several days ago. Right out of the gate, she insisted that it was my fault for failing to provide a phone number with my reservation (I checked when I got back home, and I HAD filled in my phone number, as that is a required field in the Orbitz reservation process, so…?) This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I booked online as I always do. My pick up time was 1:00 pm. I arrived at 12:40 pm and was asked for my driver's license and credit card which I furnished. I was then asked for my passport id. I do not carry my passport and I have never been asked for a passport. I asked could we call customer service to ask why and she stated NO.
