Rented an SUV to travel across the country. They gave me the keys but never a receipt. By the time I got to where I was going, I could have flown my wife, mother inlaw, and two dogs from the West Coast to the East Coast twice. Then all the unessasry fees.

Definitely WILL NEVER rent from the Liberty Ave. location in Pgh, PA. I called to ask what their debit card policy is. The gentleman that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. The response was "You have to have a high credit score." His tone was awful and there's no way I would patron the business based on customer service alone. Enterprise has always been a pleasure doing business with. FIRST OFF, I was here to pick up the car on the wrong date. It was supposed to be the 3rd I came on the 2nd. The operator of the store ANGELO, didnt turn me around but fixed it on the spot. No only did he fix it, he also gave me an upgrade because of the amount of vehicles he had on the lot. He was very genuine, courteous and kind. Got me in and out in a flash and shook my hand on the way out. This is how customer service should look. Thank you Angelo and I hope my review sits well with you and your customers.

Terrible experience. Told me I can't rent a vehicle with a debt card unless budget runs a credit check on me, which they'll do automatically when I try to use my debt card. Ok...seems like he just didn't want to rent me a car as I went to a different rental location and had zero issues getting my reservation fulfilled. Basically just wasted 3 hours total of my day running around to get back on schedule for my drive to Illinois that day. Also, the touchless car wash attached does a lazy job as well.
