Do not ignore the bad reviews here. They are all consistent and for good reason. They wouldn't honor my reservation because of my credit rating , so I went to Enterprise and they did no problem. A week later they hit me with a $50 "no show" fee despite the fact that I DID show and was refused service! One month, 6 phone calls, 7 emails and countless promises to return my money later and they still haven't given it back. Go to Enterprise. They don't steal your money. Budget will. Absolutely terrible experience with Budget Car Rental. The guy behind the counter was beyond rude. I stood there for over 30 minutes, completely ignored. Not a single word from him, like I wasn’t even there. When I finally got his attention, he barely looked at me and gave me zero help or explanation. His attitude was disgusting—he was rude, dismissive, and honestly, it felt like he couldn’t care less if I was there or not. I’ve never been treated so badly. Angelo is the best!! We just started using this location because our usual location closed in July! Angelo is always friendly and on point! He asks your preference if he has choices he doesn't just give you a rental he makes it the possible experience you could have with a rental car service!
