Angelo is the best!! We just started using this location because our usual location closed in July! Angelo is always friendly and on point! He asks your preference if he has choices he doesn't just give you a rental he makes it the possible experience you could have with a rental car service!
I thought I’d give it a try. The worst. Gave me a vehicle knowing I had to travel 600+ miles that had bad wipers, bad’ish tires, and the car was begging for an oil change. They tried to tell me to take a pick up as a replacement, no cover on the bed. Why would I put my luggage in the back if my first concern was weather vs wipers. Booked a transit van and flew in from Orlando. Got to depot and was told, we have your booking but don’t have any vans - earliest will be Monday. A lack of care and I found one 40 minutes away and back near airport where I had come from. Awful and no care, do not trust this depot
