Budget staff at this office even don’t listen what people, employee asked debit or credit card, and when I say debit, he decline to proceed my pick up procedure, awful customer service
5 out of 5 stars. I had an issue with my credit card for my reservation and Melinda was able to work through the problem and get me in the car and on my way. She was extremely helpful and saved me from losing a whole day without a car. And this location is open on Sundays, which makes things even more convenient. Will definitely rent from here again.
Terrible experience here. The location was closed during advertised “open” hours. Called budget service desk and they said they had changed the reservation to later. When we returned the staff said they had no cars, that they only hold rentals for one hour, even though there is no communication of that policy at any point during the rental process.
