Confirmed a reservation 2 days in advance, only to get a call the day before pickup saying no cars were available. Because of this I nearly lost $90 in non-refundable Fallingwater tickets. Thankfully Fallingwater kindly let me reschedule, but that was no thanks to Budget Car Rental. Completely unreliable service—don’t trust this location if you actually need a car.

I encountered difficulties with a Budget rental at a different location last week. Despite booking and paying for a rental online, upon arrival at the designated pickup location, I was informed that no vehicle was available and was directed to an alternative location. At the downtown Budget office, an employee named Bacler provided exceptional assistance, ensuring I received the vehicle I had reserved. His efforts were instrumental in enabling our scheduled beach vacation departure the following day.
There seems to be a few issues here;but, I have not experienced any myself
