Very busy place though but We were lucky to get a car just after 20 minutes of booking online. We got very new Ford explorer SUV to drive. Very pleased.
After major issues at the airport location, this location was a breath of fresh air. The guy at the desk (whos name I neglected to get) was super helpful in getting us a car, despite the website allowing us to book a car that was not available. The only car rental service in the Pittsburgh area that I have ever had an entirely pleasant experience doing business with.
Extremely poor customer service. I arrived at this location only to be told by the smirking counter agent that he had moved my reservation to the airport location because they ran out of cars. I received absolutely no email or phone notification about this change prior to arrival. Because of this communication failure, I wasted $30 on an Uber to get to this downtown location, and then had to spend an additional $95 on another Uber just to get to the airport to get my car.
