I picked up my reservation on July 16, at the location driving to Toronto. This vehicle was absolutely disgusting inside, smell of cigarettes was unbearable, dog hair all over the car including the roof inside of the car, food stock between all the seats, dirty tooth pick and dental floss in the door. The air on all the tires were low, I had to aired all the tires up. This car show not be rented and need professional cleaning.
