The buying experience was great! The salesman I dealt with was amazing! HOWEVER, the Manager is terrible at communicating. I was told multiple times that I would be receiving a call from him to discuss the issue we were facing with our vehicle that we had just bought from there a month ago. This company is why people HATE used car salesmen. They sell you a car that fails within 20 miles. They hide behind the “as is” clause of their contract. What they do is legal because they make you sign that contract, but their business model of knowingly selling cars that will fail in very few miles is unethical.
