My fiancée and I had a great experience at Budget Bridal buying a wedding gown! Dana was very accommodating and genuinely interested, and quite knowledgable about her inventory. We would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful gown at a great price!

I also had a big problem with Dana. I gave her my Maggie Sottero, Black and White wedding dress to sell along with some other items. She change locations and she would never tell me where she relocated too. She also told me several different stories. I was never paid for my items The local police were involved. Some of my items were returned, and some where not. Do not trust her. Check with the BBB she gets a F rating.

My experience at Budget Bridal with Dana (The owner and only employee) was okay until the week before my wedding. She works out of a house with no significant signing, but the inside is decorated nicely as a bridal shop. She was very easy to get in contact with and communicated regularly... she was also very flexible with times to meet. However, her moods are very unpredictable.
