We had our 2 front brake pads replaced and my rotors machined on our 2017 Mazda CX3 at Budget Brake & Muffler in Walnut Grove today. We paid $658 including tax which is pretty steep. We had initially got a quote from a Mazda dealership and BB&M ended up being more expensive in the end. I highly suggest shopping around and getting a few quotes. Linden, the service advisor, and Dominic, the technician, were nice enough but we won’t be returning based off value.
Had a brake concern, contacted folks @ Port Kells location. They were able to get me into the shop the next day. Vehicle assessed and technician was able to repair issues same day. Quality work, fair price.
I was looking to get a muffler cover for my vintage Porsche welded that had developed a crack. Stopped in and spoke to Dom who had a look at it. He said he would give it a shot. Figured I would have to leave the cover at the shop but he did it right away and it came out perfect. Great service just like the ads on TV!
Sam and the team and Budget Port Kells are always fantastic. Knowledgable and don't push stuff on you that you don't need unlike other shops. I've been going there ever since I've moved to Walnut grove and wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent job on the fan repair guys.
