Just love the shades I chose. As with any major home decision, I worried about the "look" until they were installed. Even the two guys who installed them, said they were "gorgeous" and they'd never installed that pattern before. Many compliments. I do feel the sales people who sell them, should come to the house and see the finished look. I ordered a pattern that that the consultant had never sold before. Love!!

Jan was amazing! It's so hard for me to make a choice and she helped me pick out the perfect window treatment for my sliding glass door and I absolutely love it! Within a month of having our blinds installed a bracket broke...I emailed Jan on a Friday she responded to me on Saturday about my broken blinds! That week a repair person came out and fixed my blinds good as new! I know I will go with budget blinds in the future for all my window treatments...it really shows the character of a company when they help out when someth... read more
