Brad is an absolute winner. He is both professional and friendly. He makes you feel very comfortable right from the beginning of the process. He walked me through every step of making the choice of shutter type that would be best for my locations, gave me lots of options for frame styles. I called for an appointment during the week and Brad Lewis was at my home that Saturday. He brought samples, explained the pros and cons of what I wanted and I made my choice based on his professional insight. His work is immaculate! My puppy was getting into midst of all the work that Brad was doing and not once did he complain--he stopped to play with the dog. Who does that? He came to our home, took all measurements, made recommendations on color and style to meet our aesthetic and budgetary needs, and was very flexible, patient and helpful. He installed the window treatments on two occasions, since they arrived in two separate shipments. When we had a post-installation question, he came out the same day. Brad really knows his product line, and he was terrific to work with. The windows and window treatments look great. Highly recommended!
It went very well, and we will definitely use him again for the other windows. We were most impressed with the excellent quality of his work, and with how hard he worked to save us money by repairing what could be repaired. We plan to re-do a few windows each year and so I know we will be using him for that work. Brad prides himself on doing the job right. He re-did some of the mistakes of our earlier installer, and only charged us $20 a window to replace old worn-out hardware. That, alone, made us permanent customers!
If you're looking for blinds, you don't have to look any further. Brad was always on time, polite, and professional. He made suggestions that helped me to choose the blinds that would look best in my home. He took care of the few minor problems that occurred, and even installed a drapery rod for me. Everything was left neat and clean. You can count on him to do an excellent job and then some. My blinds are perfect.
We had a terrific experience. Brad does all the in-home work himself, both the initial consultation as well as the installation. I called Brad for a quote about 6 months ago. He came over and helped me choose out the style/color etc that I wanted. I was doing different home projects at the time and he advised that I wait until after painting to install the shutters. Just about 1 month ago I was ready for the shutters and called him back to order them. The price was still the same and he still had my information on file, so there was no need for him to return. Budget Blinds were exceptional to work with
The blinds fit perfectly and and look great. Budget Blinds responded to our request quickly and Brad made three visits to the condo to discuss options and leave samples, and for the measuring, installation and follow up. He spotted unused brackets on other windows, volunteered to remove them and made no charge for the extra work.
