Last month, my honeycomb blind needed repairing. I had bought it locally, on Oak Island, not Budget Blinds. Without seeing it,They said they would fix in a week while I was on vacation. When my flight returned to ILM, they said they could not handle it. However, they did all the detective work, contacted the manufacturer, and sent my blind to them. The blind was under warranty!
