I just made another purchase of blinds through Evan today. He knows the products and was excellent at providing various options to me for our needs for window coverings. We needed to add blackout treatments to our master bedroom. I have recommended Budget Blinds and Evan to several neighbors and all have been equally satisfied. He is also very personable and honest. Also, I received a confirmation call about my appointment, which is always great customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Budget Blinds of Wilmington. They installed 3.5” vinyl plantation shutters on my screen porch and it is just beautiful and provides me with the privacy I need. They were always on time and followed up with me before I felt the need to reach out to them. I highly recommend them and will use them in future again.
The rep came to my house almost a month ago, measured and said she'd get price and information to me the following week. Have yet to get as much as a call or email since then. Moving on - they won't be getting any business from me.
