We saw Allen yesterday. A very nice, knowledgeable representative of Budget Blinds. Allen was so honest and helpful. We learned about every aspect of each blinds and shades. He is very professional and we really appreciate his help throughout the process of choosing our window covers.
Everything about our experience with Budget Blinds was amazing! From booking the consultation and meeting with the design expert, Allen, to ordering our blinds, and finally having them installed by Daniel & team the whole process was seamless. Daniel was so fast and efficient, and everyone we dealt with was super friendly and professional. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for blinds. They truly are the best! I purchased Cellular blinds years ago through my local Budget Blinds. From the initial visit through installation it went seamlessly. The after market customer service is beyond exemplary! I had to get replacement blinds 5 years after my initial purchase as my kitten destroyed three of them. I would like to single out Leeanne for going above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. We are genuinely confused as to how this business received a 4.6 rating on Google. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing and frustrating. When we first visited their shop, the staff were friendly and helpful. They booked us an appointment with a salesperson, and our initial meeting went smoothly.
