Our experience with Budget Blinds was fabulous! Dana, our Sales Consultant was friendly, professional, and knew her product well. She was eager to share and explain everything relevant to our needs. The blinds came before the estimated delivery date. Our installer, Sina was equally impressive. Also very friendly, professional, and very efficient and quick! He finished in the complete install in about an hour. Very highly recommended product and service! Thank you team, for enhancing our home!
Everything was great until the booking of the install appointment. Sending an email the day before and not confirming is not the right way to book. Then telling me if I don’t show they will double charge me to install. You can’t make an appointment without confirming will someone, use your head.
David and Matt arrive early to install the blinds. They arrived with smiles on their faces and did a fabulous job installing our new blinds. Recommended
Sina did a clean install of our new blinds. He explained everything well, was kind and professional. Overall experience with Budget Blinds was excellent.
Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Installer when above and beyond.
