I had an appointment for 1pm. I got an unprofessional text at 1215. The person did not identify themself but I figured it was for this. The person stayed they had been driving 25 miles all day and would have e to reschedule the appointment. I definitely do not want someone put in unsafe driving conditions but the sun is shining and my road is clear so wasn't expecting a cancellation. If you start out the day at 25 mph, a call first thing would have been appreciated sooo much!
