Bought blinds for the house. One of our most expensive blinds we purchased for just under $1000 broke in under a year and will no longer stay down. Company wants us to pay a service charge to fix it under their warranty plan. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
The process was simple and straightforward. I needed my shades by Dec. 23rd and they went out of their way to accomodate me.
Easy to pick out shades that I liked and confirm they were in stock, and the gentleman who took my order did all of the measurements. Three weeks later, BB came back and installed them. So Eazy, peezy and professional!
My experience was great from the initial contact to the installation. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. So pleased with the end result.
