Stay away from the Budget blinds. The blind in the living room was defective and it didn't move. I called Karen and asked to fix it. They elaborated about their "free life time warranty" when they installed them in my condo . Karen said that they are booked for the next 3 weeks, and I needed to wait for about 3 weeks. She also said I have to pre-pay for a trip charge $30. She said she discounted the trip charge since we live in Harbourside next to their office. I paid a trip charge, but they never came to the right apartment... read more
