Called budget blinds last week to replace my valances that I bought from them 16 years ago. The man I talked to said they would have to take out my windows to put up new ones! Maybe he doesn't know what he is talking about!
You called me re my issue and promised me a new blind in near future. Thanks for understanding and responding to my issue. I love your blinds.
From the first phone call to installation the service was first rate. Appointment were made to see what we need and measurements were made. The salesman matched colors perfectly. Blinds were done in 3-4 weeks and installation was very fast. The installation guys treated my house with respect and care( covering for their shoes). I am very please with the service.
The team was promoted, polite and did an excellent job.
