Gabriella is amazing. We started our work with Gabriella with a grand room we were trying to keep elegant but inviting and "cool". Her palette was a corner of our Lanai - style living area which had two large La Cantina sliders that the installers did not get right and exposed a difference of an inch or two over the tops of the frame. Excellent quality blinds and superb design planning and installation. We had multiple challenging corner windows and Gabriella carefully measured and engineered a perfect solution for us. She spend many hours and multiple trips to make sure everything was correct and followed up after installation too. Best value and customer care.
Prices were reasonable and Gabriella was awesome. One of the colors in a small piece was a bit off - and we didn’t notice at first. Gabriella called us and made sure the issue was fixed herself. Customer service was excellent.
Grabriella was great and the price was fair (I got multiple bids). Great communication and the install guy did a fantastic job. I highly recommend.
I used Budget Blinds of Pasadena to install blinds in my dining room and bathroom. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Gabriella is a consummate professional and a stickler for details, asking questions and offering suggestions about everything from color to thickness to how the style matches the room. She clearly takes pride in her work and the results speak for themselves. I was so happy with the job that a few months later I hired her again to change the blinds in another room. Can’t recommend them more highly.
