Aida helped us select the right type of blinds for our windows, a great improvement over my initial idea. Icy was great in keeping us informed as to the progress of the order and timing. Ali installed the blinds as scheduled; he kept the job clean, he was quick, and he very patiently showed us how to setup and work the automations. This team is highly recommended.
Update to my review for anyone who read it: Aida contacted me, determined to make things right. Ali came out and we determined that the fix was pretty simple. I’m very impressed that they went to the effort to solve an issue after so much time had gone by. Everything works just as it should now and I can highly recommend the company. Previous review (edited for length); I had an installation of a type of blind for which I could not remove the screens on my windows; we had not predicted that in the consultation.
It was very nice working with Aida, who helped us select our shades and options, and also with Ali, our installer who was very kind and prompt at the arrival window and did a wonderful job with the installation.
Excellent service! Quick, answered all questions, smart and helpful. Highly recommended!
