The owner is very efficient communicator and she helps a lot to achieve within budgets. The installer Ali is very polite, explains everything really well, and most importantly he is very careful with the floors and walls that he is working with. Overall a very pleasant experience!
The Budget Blinds team was great to work with for the shades and drapes for my house. Communication with Icy was so easy (via text and phone calls). Initial consultation with Aida was efficient and a lot less stressful than my meeting with another vendor. Ali did installation and everything was very carefully and meticulously done. The whole team was fantastic and so friendly. And we are very happy with the shades, they are high quality!

I requested a quote for a whole-house project including more than 15 motorized shades. Icy was very responsive at first and asked me to provide detailed window measurements, photos, and other information, which took quite a bit of time to prepare. The owner, Aida, then reached out and asked for more details about our needs, which I provided. After that, communication stopped.
