Update- they are out of business as of 8/2025. Budget Blinds of Palm Coast is awesome! Today, James helped me find the perfect electric shade to cover a large window over my door. The sun beats in through the window, blinding us as it sets so we needed something stylish and functional that wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. Horrible Experience. I finally received communication from their corporate office informing me the Palm Coast franchise has been shut down due to “serious concerns” and to contact my credit card company to dispute deposit I paid on 4/1/25. Both local branch and franchise owner Marion refuse to reply to numerous voicemails, emails and text messages for updates. Only updated ever received were all false information. Purchased plantation shutter unable to make contact for installation after 3 weeks. Have spoken with answering service however no one has returned my calls or email request.
I never like to leave bad reviews but this honestly has been a very bad experience. To start I’ve been on a 9 month journey with budget blinds of palm coast. This started back at the beginning of November 2024. We called to have a blind replaced under No our signature series No Questions Asked Warranty. Finally after multiple phone calls and messages saying how Steve the installer couldn’t make it for so many reasons I can’t count he finally came out around Christmas because he said they couldn’t find our original invoice fr... read more
I paid them over 1K when they came to measure our home. They said it would take 5-6 weeks to get in. I paid them on 5/19/25 and so far they have ghosted me on my calls and messages. We are just trying to find out an appropriate time frame for installation and they will not return emails or phone messages or even answer their phone. Are they a fraudulent company???
