Absolutely fantastic all around! I love my new automated beautiful window shades. The salesman, Ian, was very helpful and answered every question I asked. The installer, Mike, did a neat and perfect job and made sure I understood the operation of the remote which is SO COOL. The whole process was smooth and the insulation was great and didn’t take a long time plus the price was very competitive to other quotes I got , greatly recommend them
We had originally attempted to schedule a purchase and installation with a "box" store but ran into numerous challenges, steps, delays, separate actions we had to take, etc. Budget Blinds were great to work with from the initial contact through installation. They scheduled, came, measured, fabricated and installed the blinds in a quick and efficient manner. In other words, we had a great experience and highly recommend them!
