I called BUDGET BLINDS because I was refurbishing my apartment. I really liked the look of the wider shutters and that is what I focused on for pricing and the look I wanted for a large picture window with side windows. I was very pleased with Chris’s help and explanations, as well as the breakdown of costs, since this is an expensive cost for Special Order, however, the cost is well worth it if you want no holes around your windows for curtains!
