I had Budget Blinds provide me a quote for some motorized blackout blinds for my place and after some back and forth we decided to move forward with the quote. Back in 2020, during the pandemic, we had just moved into our new home. I contacted Budget Blinds to have an onsite consultation to install motorized blackout shades in our primary bedroom. The initial experience was both professional and timely. Overall, we were very happy with the blinds and the service. Fast forward 5 years and we've had several instances where the motor for the blinds would result in a screeching sound when opened/closed.
