I had such an amazing experience with Budget Blinds of Murfreesboro. Everyone I interacted with was kind and so helpful. They were knowledgeable and were able to quote a few different options for me until I figured out what I wanted. The ordering process was easy, my blinds/cafe shutters took less than a month to come in, and were installed the next day after they have arrived. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
We are so pleased with Budget Blinds. From the people in the office to the installers, everybody was so nice and easy to work with.We did have a small hiccup with one of the our shades, and they came out immediately and took care of it. Great customer service! I would definitely give them a five star referral.

My friend and her husband had a really disappointing experience getting their blinds from here. Not only was the customer service poor, but the blinds were also installed incorrectly. I had been considering them because of the affordable pricing, but after hearing what they went through, I’m relieved I chose to spend my money elsewhere with a company that actually values its customers.
I can’t believe how disrespectful the office manager was to me and my husband . We will make sure everyone we know understands not to trust this company and to prepare to have missing pieces to the blinds and have blinds be installed that are the incorrect size. She has such lack of sympathy and is so rude. Unreal.
