I had a wonderful experience ordering and getting the blinds installed from Budget blinds of Murfreesboro. Everyone that I dealt with Sara, Madeline, Andy and Jake are very respectful and helpful! I highly recommend this business.
The guys were knowledgeable and professional. Blinds look great! When I had a problem, they did all they could to help and eventually we needed a new motor but they tried helping on the phone and gave us a new remote. Staff are friendly and responsive. The technician came out and fixed our problem very quickly. If you need blinds or window treatments, call Budget Blinds of Murfreesboro first!
Second time they screwed up. First time, a spreeing-loaded shade popped open when I brushed against it, exposing me in my underwear. The replacement is a drapery, but is mis-mounted. It cannot be taken down for cleaning! Nor can it be disassembled. Given their hostility to fixing the first issue, the new one MAY BE incompetence. Or something less appealing. GO ELSEWHERE.
