Emilee, our consultant, was amazing. I called her after months and months of procrastinating and that Saturday morning she came, measured and walked me through the whole process. She gave great advice regarding the type of blinds we should purchase based on our individual needs along with cost breakdowns. They were just installed now and couldn't be happier - great quality and excellent service!

We bought blinds from Budget Blinds of Madison 10 years ago. In the past several months two of them broke and yesterday they came out and repaired them for free. Who offers lifetime guarantees in this day and age, and who actually makes good on them in a timely professional and courteous way?? We were pleasantly shocked. Especially by the fact that they held up for 10 years to begin with.
