Made an appt weeks in advance. 2 hours before the appt they called and left a msg stating they had to cancel. I sent an email with some additional dates/times that we were available but they never responded. Wish I would have gone with another company. I just wasted weeks waiting for nothing.
Jamie provided excellent service. He helped me chose the color and fabric of my blinds, responded quickly to my questions and concerns, and installed the blinds himself. I would highly recommend him as he is both knowledgeable and professional.
Jamie (the owner) and his installer Byron are friendly and personable. OUTSTANDING job of installation, Byron! Very good workmanship on the valances I purchased. Why not 5 stars? Because the wait time--even during COVID-19, was EXTREME. Still, I'd recommend and do business with these people again (and COVID won't last forever.)
Budget Blinds did a great job! They were professional, the pricing was right on target, and the install was quick, painless and well done. Highly recommend them!
Great selection, price and exceptional customer service. Very personable, communicative and helpful in selecting the right product for our needs. We're really happy with our new motorized shades and will definitely refer Jamie without hesitation!
