Great experience. Installer greg williams was awesome, friendly and a craftsman. Julie, Parker, Tony and Alix are all a great team and backup everything for life. Engage them with confidence they will take care of you. Our new blinds are a big upgrade at a more than reasonable cost. A wonderful value and experience. Thank you guys!
Very disappointed in the quality and fit of my blackout blinds. The Home Depot blinds we measured and installed ourselves at our last home were a much better quality and fit and certainly less expensive. We called to complain and asked if they were guaranteed and were told we had to wait for the installer’s photos. We are still waiting. I ordered 7 shades at a cost of over $5k. Only 1 is right. None of the bedroom shades have clips to pull down from the top. The Big electric one in living room won't come down all the way. It stops about a foot from the sill. It was supposed to be a cordless electric shade. I received a wall plug in. We have small children and dogs and this big cord dangling in the middle of our window. The Big one in dinning room was installed with a big dent. They were installed in MAY. Its mid August.
