I made a telephone call as a new customer to the local office here in Mooresville. I spoke with Jenny and Cori, the owner. Cori took a good deal of time to walk me through a remedy to fix our problem, even though our blinds were not purchased from them. Ultimately we needed a service call for the final repair. Our technician, Christian, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable…making for a “5 Star” experience, at a cost that was more than reasonable. Well done!
We had Budget Blinds install custom blinds in several rooms of our home about a year and a half ago. Shortly after installation, we noticed the end caps didn’t sit correctly. The installer who came back confirmed they had been ordered incorrectly. The previous owner tried to make a partial fix, but it never really looked right. Outstanding customer service!! I had warranty issues with my Hunter Douglas shades and the company from which I purchased them could not manage to deal with the issues in a timely manner. Budget Blinds of Lake Norman stepped in and saved the day. Today, the newly fixed shades are re-installed in my house and functioning as they were meant to. This is a local business that is responsive and knowledgeable. Trust them with your job - you’ll be happy you did.

Update - in late 2025 they responded via Google review and indicated they purchased the Budget Blinds business from someone and were aware of the previous communication issues and suggested I contact the new owner directly. I had already found an alternative, but I did want to note this effort in the review. Earlier comment…They installed power blinds for us in 2022. Won’t returns calls for service warranty work. Terrible!! Other reviews also mention poor service and communication. This is also our experience.
