Bought 17 shades/blinds for our brand new commercial building, We worked with Mark the owner, it took a long time. They wanted to be paid in full before coming to install, which we did. they installed 15 of the 17 blinds... I have had numerous conversations about installing the last 2 blinds we paid for, and he finally said he is exiting the business and he doesn't have the money or the blinds to finish the job. Be very careful dealing with this company. Its been over a year dealing with them.
Great quality blinds, great installation, great quoting process. They made getting new blinds for our house really easy!
Overall good experience. Everything went well and as expected. Communication could use a litlle improvement.
I give high marks to Budget Blinds Budget does not mean low quality I found the blinds were excellent quality and reasonably priced compared to other quotes Best of all was their service - great people to deal with, on time and no surprises. They are obviously proud of their products and stand behind them
