My first review was replied to by the owner with untruths, so I have deleted it and will say this. I had issues with two blinds ordered from this company. A subsequent conversation with the owner ended up with him walking out and accusing me of being something I am not. The only resolve to the issues I raised are his promise in writing to have a new blind delivered to my home in 6-8 weeks. But it will not be installed. People who are trying to create a false narrative about you will stoop very low. This entire experience gre... read more

Had no issue with the quote/design and install of my 6x motorized blinds and home hub. Great install team! Right up until 2 months ago, when my hub stopped working and a motor was found to be defective. Tried to book a service call with Budget blinds of Kingston, the original installer. (Service call was placed 2 weeks out of warranty period) I am from east of Ottawa and Kingston serves my region as per their franchise territory agreement) After 2 months ths I get told that the Installation is not their issue and that they w... read more
We were very impressed with Kimberley’s clear understanding of our needs and her expert advice. With her help, we were able to select the ideal fabric within minutes. The installer did a professional job, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of our new blinds. We highly recommend Budget Blinds!
TLDR -- Vastly overpriced and extremely subpar service. $3700 for main floor vs $3400 for entire house (3x extra windows @ $700 ). Go with their competitor. Was looking for blinds for my townhouse. Had a consultant come out and give us a quote a few months ago and it was outside our budget at the time with the closing of the house. I reached back out since then to be requoted which was done within a few hours of me emailing them.
