Awesome experience! Fabulous selection of products. The difficulty was narrowing it down to one style. There were many gorgeous choices. Fyola was knowledgable, professional and put no pressure on me. She stayed on target with styles that were within my budget! Mark's installation was ahead of schedule and done to perfection. Mel was great thru to the final process. My black out blinds have been guest approved! Great company - great selection - great value! Highly recommend.
I would not recommend Budget Blinds. The customer service started well, and I was connected with Karen, who called me. Every opportunity Karen has, she makes snarky comments about my accent, which I find not only disrespectful, rude but also unprofessional. I have used Budget Blinds, Kamloops to install countless blinds in various houses I have lived in, and from the initial consultations to the installations, professionalism has always been part of their business ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend Budget Blinds - I firmly believe they are the best in the business. And of course kudos must go to Mark, the master installer who always does a fantastic job!
