Zero stars! If we could return the blinds that we spent well over ten thousand dollars on, then we surely would. We have received the most abysmal aftersales service. After a good first experience, the service persistently degraded, particularly when there were issues with the installation. We were left waiting weeks to months for rectification of bad installation and faulty products. We had to drive communications, or we would hear nothing from the owners. Excellent customer service and communication. They were always quick to respond and managed to work us into their schedule even though our location was more rural and probably out of the way. David came out and measured and walked us through the different options, including picking out the roller shade colors which isn’t always easy. We used Budget Blinds for the interior of our home in 2019 and loved them so much we had Budget Blinds of Huntsville help us with shades outside for our pergola this year. Looks beautiful, very functional and the remote control is easy to use. Budget Blinds is knowledgeable, consistent and produces a great finished product.
