I have to say we’re very impressed. When our cords failed, I realized the shades were out of warranty, and we would have been willing to pay for repairs. But the effort that you and others have gone to, to track down the manufacturer – and their willingness to go above and well beyond – has been remarkable. Thanks again.

Ian came to the house for an in home consulting, were originally going to get vertical blinds, but after seeing the woven woods, we decided on them for 5 windows, 4 in living room, dining room, and 1 in home office. Ian measured showed us many samples, and I do mean many. We chose one, he ordered, told us they would be in two weeks, and sure enough they were. The gentleman that you had here for the install was very professional and did an awesome job installing the blinds. Blinds look very nice and are of top quality. Staff and students are very pleased that we now have blinds in the newly renovated building. I will definitely call you next time we need blinds.
