The entire process was pleasant. There was no hassle and I never felt pressured. Josh even came by on his day off (Saturday) to show me and my wife all of the different options. Installation went much faster than I had anticipated. Matthew showed up on time, was very friendly, and did an outstanding job. I definitely recommend Budget Blinds and will use them again if I decide to treat my basement windows
