We have enjoyed our wood shutters from Budget Blinds immensely. The price was the best we found by 15%, and the service was excellent. Merv waited for us to check other suppliers and ask lots of questions. He even arranged for us to visit another customer's home to see their new installation. Once we made our decision, our shutters were ready 6 weeks later and installed in one afternoon.

We decided to replace the Venetian blinds on all our windows with plantation shutters. One of our neighbors recommended Budget Blinds. Merv came to our house to do the measurement and estimate. He was knowledgeable about his products and very helpful making some suggestions. About a month later, one of Merv's installers cam out to install the shutters. The shutters are terrific and the installation was perfect. They were courteous and professional and we highly recommend them.

My wife and I wanted to let you know about our very positive experience with Budget Blinds recently. My wife was very well treated at her initial visit to the showroom, followed by positive experiences with the measuring/estimate call and finally with the installation. There were some pieces missing but were quickly delivered and installed two days later.
