Unresponsive and unprofessional. If you do get a hold of corporate, they will just tell you they have nothing to do with Franchise owners. They state that all they can do is inform the Franchise owner to put a good faith effort to resolve the bind agreement. I am not going to use this platform to explain my experience in detail but will use it to inform people to stay away just go with a reputable vendor that will strive to make the customer happy.

I was very excited about my purchase of 2 motorized blinds from David Carillo. Upon installation, everything went downhill. What was supposed to be a quick install took 2 hours, and was apparently done incorrectly. I was assured that after the batteries charged, I could untether the blinds and they would work. "If you have any problem, just call me" said David. One blind came off the mounts completely, and the other unrolled and would not roll back up. Owner, Jeff Gilmour, came to my home for a consult. Seemed bothered by the idea that I was the homeowner and in charge (I am a 40 year-old minority female), asking me multiple times in a condescending fashion. He was short-tempered and once he saw the job was not big enough to his liking, showed me two cell phone pictures instead of samples. When I respectfully told him that I needed to think about things he said it was a small job anyway and hurried out annoyed. We have used Budget Blinds Glendora 2 times this year and they are awesome! We had shutters put in for home remodel and then we had a beautiful roll up shade put in master bathroom a few weeks ago. Jeff is super friendly and professional as well as Cyndi. They do high quality work at very reasonable prices. I can’t say enough great things about them! Use them and you won’t be disappointed. Awesome company!
