My Order took a very long time to arrive, like two months. Once it arrived, I still had to wait about 10 days for the installation. The motorized blind when closed is more see- through than I thought it would be. I had about a $233 balance. 20% off the balance was allowed because of the wait time. My bad, I should have asked for 20% off the total cost and, then, there would be no balance due. Please read ALL the contract language before signing. I must admit my experience start out dismal due to my hearing problem which led to delays. However, I was immediately notified by text. In addition, Joy answered all my questions and I was informed when my order arrived and I was informed when the installer would come. I was very pleased and I am happy with product. I would highly recommend them.
