I must admit my experience start out dismal due to my hearing problem which led to delays. However, I was immediately notified by text. In addition, Joy answered all my questions and I was informed when my order arrived and I was informed when the installer would come. I was very pleased and I am happy with product. I would highly recommend them.
My new shades were installed by Dave, and I am very pleased. The workmanship is top notch. Mary came to the house with so many options. She was so helpful with great suggestions. Joy was my contact person with Budget Blinds and kept me informed about delivery etc. Overall the company exceeded my expectations, and I will need them again soon for patio doors. Highly recommend.
