Customer service was fabulous, very kind, and respectful. They came to my home with sample options after we discussed what I was looking for. We discussed the options, he took measurements. When it came time to install, it took less than 1 full work day, 11 windows! I came home to beautiful shutters. Exactly what I wanted, they turned out great.
They provided excellent service, and they are a locally owned business. If you need any window coverings give them a call. They are the best!
I can't believe that we had four rooms to do and Dan was done in two hours! He hung two wood blinds, eight cellular shades and two shutters in that time. Budget Blinds provides terrific service; Nancy does the scheduling Jeff does the estimates and Dan does the installs. They are all wonderful to work with.
