Spoke with Steve and he came over to show me all the options and to provide his professional guidance. I made my selections with his help and he had the measurements and invoice ready in no time. Three weeks later Steve was back and installing them. They look as good as promised and were installed very nicely and cleanly. I couldn't recommend Steve more highly. Just wanted to pass onto you how happy Mr. and Mrs. are with your work. She said both rooms were perfect, beautiful to look at, and performed exactly the way they had hoped. Her husband is very comfortable now when he drops the blinds for his daily nap. They both enjoy the living room's transparency, yet feel the blinds provide privacy. Once again, you did an excellent job!
This is a very late thank you note! So thank you for installing the shutters, it has made our life better. The off-white color and having it mounted inside the window makes it just blend in with the wall, which is really nice looking. Most of all, WE CAN NOW OPEN THE WINDOWS EASILY FOR FRESH AIR so it is functioning how a window should function! Gone are the days of blinds w/ strings or curtains falling off the spring rods. The divider works nicely in our master BR allowing us privacy with just opening the top.
