I needed blinds to replace my current ones in my upstairs bedrooms. I requested a meeting and Ed called me the very next day to schedule a time to come to my home! I have to confess that I had called Costco too inquiring about their blinds and didn't get a call until two weeks later to schedule an appointment. The blinds were installed well. They look good with quality material. I am happy I found this company to provide their service. Price was excellent.
We just renovated our home and dealt with a lot of contractors. So, I did a ton of research on blind companies and had quite a few out for estimates. My last call was to BB costa mesa and what a breath of fresh air from the first conversation with Lisa setting up the appt. Her consultative approach was first class.
