Doesn't honor their work or warranty, one section literally fell off and luckily didn't land on a child or dog, shotty work, horrible customer service. Currently doesn't even have staff available...
Are you closed, out of business? We drove there and it was a residential address. Edit after reading your response: As I told you on the phone, you should let people know you only work with appts, and people should not simply drive to your location expecting a store.
