This simply is not true. Without going into detail, no matter what we do, this customer just can't be made happy. We've been in business for 18 years without a single complaint...and our blinds don't fall apart. We lifted her concerns to the manufacturer and they determined as well, that the problem had nothing to do with their blinds. The quality of our products is not an issue.
