Twilla was extremely rude I would not ever do business with this company. Just asking simple questions I had negative nasty feedback. You would think if you were trying to sell blinds you would be a bit nicer to get a sale. Not so. Unfortunately it's sad that you have to be nasty to some one just asking simple product questions. I would not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs

Friendly and courteous service and advice/discussion during the purchasing part of the process. Installation was professional, efficient and painless - it was like they were never here and the blinds mysteriously appeared. Can’t ask for anything more. As far as the blinds themselves - this is the second home we’ve outfitted with Budget Blinds. We had no problems with the quality or operability of the blinds over the years, so we didn’t look anywhere else for our new home.
From ordering to installing, we were impressed with the service we received, We weren't sure about getting blinds or shades but were pleased with the recommendations Twila made.
