We’ve gotten window coverings from BB for 2 houses in the last 2 years and they’ve exceeded our expectations. One of our salesmen was slow to respond, but that’s been our only issue. Prices are far lower than competitors, production is usually ahead of schedule, quality is great, and their warranty program is no-BS. They don’t hesitate to have new blinds ordered if necessary. Daren came to our house to consult us on getting new blinds and was very helpful! He was really polite and friendly and clearly explained the differences in the blinds and options for us, answered all our questions clearly and gave us time to narrow down to 4 options and then down to one! He was great to work with ans will reach our ro hime qhen we are ready to do the rest of the windows!
